We are hiring a client success representative for our Property Management Company.
You will be working alongside a team working to support our clients in a timely and efficient manner.
You will have clear support goals and report to the client success manager who sets goals with you.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
Clear English Communication Written and Spoken
Experience working in a High Volume Customer Service environment
Advanced Customer Service Skills
Task-Driven
Critical thinking
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to BsF2,138,302,223,380.00 per hour

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Customer Service: 3 years (Required)
